I thought the same but the tan color and texture is kinda throwing me off. I hair hair algae in a previous tank and it seems to grow everywhere. Even in my filtration. This looks a bit different. Unless there are different types maybe?

Thank you. I am leaning towards the 2 Curviceps, 2 rams of same breed (to be added at a later date after tank is running for a few months), 1-2 pleco(s) and 6 or so Priscilla Tetras. Thank you for the added advice. Appreciate all input.

Thank you much. Ohhh how I wish the plants were real. Sadly they are not. I don't have proper lighting or C02 for the tank. Someday I do plan on investing in the proper equipment to have live plants.

Just a FYI since you mentioned tank is up and running. I usually paint all mine with black acrylic when I buy them. Recently I painted a established 55. Taped top off well to prevent any splatter from entering tank. Anyway in the next 3 days I lost 6 fish that were perfectly fine. I'm not sure...

Too bad you aren't local. I have one Id give you I used for a good while. Supported my 20h just fine. Pretty sure I picked it up at Petco a while back. Dark wood.
