Thank you all for your input... It hasn't happened yet but has anyone noticed an increase in humidity in their house and if so what have you done to counter it.

Last month I installed the 120w dimmable taotronics LED's and all my corals live them. I did a 3 week acclimation starting out at 20% and slowly increasing to 50% and I am currently running my whites at 60% and my blues at 75%.

Def looks like aiptasia , and you want to get rid of it. You don't want to grab it or try to pull it off because all you will do is release hundreds of spores into your water column, there are many different ways to get rid of it, you can google how to, IME I've had the best luck with peppermint...
