One thing is though shrimp are absolutely delicate if they all died some thing like medication or just the smallest thing sometimes will kill them very easily even copper as well. When having shrimp there is a huge risk if one bad thing happens they all will die

I actually do it like they said there are risk it's just doing the safe procedures to make it okay to have them in your tank I love the natural look in my opinion but just have to be willing to put the effort to take responsibility of everything

I wouldn't risk him even with a big tank he probably will just be like that the rest of his life they were for that reason to fight and aggression. The other one won't to be bad but could always put a fake plant on the top corner so he will feel more comfortable that nothing will get near its nest
