IMO, angels are aggressive fish but can't defend themselves against a convict or tiger barb for example...... the larger yoyo may bully the smaller one but you won't know till you try.
I assume the cherry shrimp won't "Try" to eat the ghost shrimp babies. They don't eat their own young so they should be ok. Even if a couple get eaten they reproduce like rabbits.
Amano was most likely eating a dead and/or damaged fish. Plecos and other scavengers such as angelfish (they actually do) also do this too, this is why I like having them in my tank, they eat the decomposing corpses of dead fish reducing ammonia from becoming a major MAJOR problem if a fish dies...
I'm already assuming you have a big enough tank size suitable for a featherfin catfish (1 ft is about full grown adult size), and that you have a pretty big tank for these fellas.
Compatible fish would be more silver dollars are they like being in groups, school of tiger barbs (10 +)...
My yoyo loach in particular loved to school and get very close and personal with my gouramis lol. Yoyo loaches aren't aggressive. When you mention aggression and loaches together all I think of are the "Tri Banded orange sumo loach."
I'd QT neons right when I get them because everytime I buy them they have some type of disease. When you but them treat it as they already have a disease. Helps save than and your other fish. How new is your tank? Is it cycled? A lot of fish for from bad acclamation or high ammonia/uncycled...
Shrimp pellets and bloodworms provide low nutritional value in my opinion, loads of fat. California black worms are a better substitute. I'd feed them pellets made specifically for frogs.
