    I havent done a thing and my coraline grows great. I've had the tank for about 6 mos now and there is coraline everywhere. I do water changes about once a month and have regular old flourescent lighting. The only chemical I add is Kents essential elements but I dunno if that does anything or...

    its coraline algae. If you introduce something with the algae on it like live rock, it just spreads by itself.

    Aiptasia!! Help

    I got my rocks from LR.com also and aptasia was everywhere. I bought some STOP aptasia and a few pep shrimp. I have two aptasia left and they haven't reproduced at all so i let them be.

    keys or gulf rock?

    the keys has more coraline but I really like the gulf. It came with way more visible life than the keys.

    yeah. skip the damsels. I had two. The bigger of the two picked on the smaller and stressed it to death. Then I added clowns and he picked on them too. After trying to catch him many times I eventually had to remove most of my rock and chase the damsel around the tank for 30 mins to get him...
