Please id orange/black worms
My sand bed in my 24 gallon aqua pod has a ton of these orange/black worms. I don't know if theses are good or bad. If they're bad how do I get rid of them?- ISD

Whats a good led light and where can i get one cheap?
I I have a 24 gallon aquapod with the metal halide light that came with it, an aquac remora protein skimmer, some sort of heater, a hydor koralia 425 gph power head, and an oceanic mini uv sterilizer. My tank has like an inch and a half bed of live sand and some live rock( I'm not sure exactly...- ISD
