Please id orange/black worms

My sand bed in my 24 gallon aqua pod has a ton of these orange/black worms. I don't know if theses are good or bad. If they're bad how do I get rid of them?

Looks like spaghetti worms to me, if you have that many then your likely overfeeding the tank. If you reduce feeding they should die back some.
