I will soon be upgrading from a 55 to a 90g. If Imake all new water and use my existing LR and live sand how long will I need to wait till I add my fish? Should I expect a small cycle?

I want to get 2 saddleback clown fish. I was planning on ordering one small and one large. Will that combo be suffecient for them to figure out/ change there sex? I know they change sex based on the size of the other fish....will this work? Oh and on a scale of 1-10.... 10 being most aggressive...

I'm going to add a Counter current skimmer to my tank. And thought that I coud just add a "T" in my line from the overflow going to the sump with a ball valve to feed the skimmer. The valve could of course control my skimmer flow...and the excess would just go to the sump...
