Also,forgot to answer all if these questions. There is no discoloration or reddening around the barbel. Just looks white. He seems to be acting fine other than that.

I dont add any salt to the tank. Not sure how it will affect my other fish.

I just looked at my Cory, and one of its whiskers appears to be swollen. If I can get a good picture, I will post it.

My water quality is perfect. That is the first thing I checked. I will try out the peas and zucchini to see if he rakes to them.

So I have a Bio Wheel 350, which has dual wheels on it. I have cleaned the cartridges in tank water, but can I do the same with the wheels? If I'm not mistaken, that is where all of the beneficial bacteria sits, I do not want to have to recycle my tank. It is finally stable in all parameters...
