Your tank is over stocked i would suggest buying a second filter to help handle the bioload and do a 30% pwc weekly or get rid of some fish.

You may want to be careful with a third clown because the two that are paired may and usually do gang up on the third one. So I would suggest to return the third and get a few chromis or, you could split the tank with a tank divider and add another clown for the third to make two different pairs

I would say one or two small fish like another clown and another chromis or two more chromis and then you will be Maxed out on fish if u want to have a full reef and a good CUC.

Pajama Cardinals are best kept in shoaling groups and may be a bit nervous by themselves without other pajama cardinals around, plus you already are on the overstocked side of SW tanks so I would just get the shrimp and if you want a CUC I would suggest sticking to snails.
