Yes I use RODI water, I do water changes once a week about 10% , my lights are on 7 hours, and I feed mysis the size of my pinki nail every other day.

Yes I will definitely feed less, I thought one third of the mysis cube would be ok for two fish , but when I put it in I found out that was far too much so I will feed about half of that next time. I only plan on feeding every other day as well. Thanks for the advice and help.

Well I don't know either. I have plants that I bought from sweet aquatics, and petco, this planted tanks is dirted with organic choice potting soil, I kind of doubt it was in the dirt however. Well I tossed him out and will watch for more in this tank.

I was cleaning out my filter in tank water and after I poured out the water I found this in the bucket? To me this looks like a small leech, I have seen large leeches in panama, but nothing this small. Any ideas? Does anyone have these in there planted tanks?
