are 2 hydor korilia 565 with smart watve pump control with a aquaclear 110 to much water movement? could I possibly get away with a aquaclear 70?

I am adding flourish every other day and also just added some root tabs. Should I be adding iron as well? What would be a good weekly cocktail for the tank? Up for any solutions.
