Crypts are root feeders, but root tabs aren't needed as someone has mentioned. I've had crypts in my tank for years and never use them. Up your fert dosage; they will be just fine ?

Your tank needs some adjustment period and plants need to settle. Holes and such are nutrient deficiency. Do you dose any ferts? I also feel that your lighting could be increased too.

Dose more often than just the 2 times per week. Plant needs more nutrients.

I run each of my diffusers on my 125 approx 2-3 bps. I would recommend t5ho for high light lighting.
