He is not eating should I try it still?

I just put the betta in the Q tank I don't know what's wrong with him. There are no white spots for ich. He hangs out at top all the time. When he try's to swim to the bottom he floats back to the as to if his stomach was inflated :( Any thoughts of what it is? And how do I cure it?

Look online for the light bulb! If you can't find it, then find a clear light bulb and find the same color you want your tank to be. Then put the paint in a cup that will fit the bulb add a bit of water to the paint mix it then dip the bulb in it real quick. Let it dry. Put it in tank. Presto...

I can't get a pic.. sorry! But it's not coral. It's a weird rock, every time you rub it real hard little particles come off. But it's not sand. I already scrubbed it real good and now I'm boiling it.
