If had plenty of platy fry in fact all my platy are 2nd generation they were not that big when they were 5 days old or exhibited fighting behavior

I adopted this little guy when he was a fry in a petco tank. I felt bad cause he was in a tank with gold fish? As it's growing I'm realizing it maybe a male Platy but I'm not sure ?

Judging from the chart it seems like a half moon. But none of it's tail has a split or space in it. Its litterly one tail all the way around

The Betta is a baby? And I don't see it being aggressive . But the main question is why there is no fry. I have a male and a female in a tank alone I originally purchased the baby Betta for fry control. But there is no pregnancies I see to spawn fry

I have 2 male Guppies and 3 female ones, 3 Platy and 1 baby Betta ... My concern is they all have been co existing together for about 2 months. I have a separate tank I usually keep one of the males in but I still haven't seen any fry. Am I doing something wrong?

Thank you for the advice I already have a 5.5 tank I use for smaller weaker fish .. so far she has been successful in the bigger tank. I'll keep my eye out see if she gets more aggressive as she gets bigger.

How can u tell she is female vs a male ? Generally speaking between male and female Bettas . She does like to hide.. Any idea why male guppies r her target? I thought only male Bettas get jealousy of the tail
