You could try aiming two powerheads at one another to make some flow random and it might sweep across the bottom if you get it right.

You could do that ( I've had to before. ) or you could try to get them on one side of the tank ad separate it with say egg crate move it more to one side until the fish don't have a lot of room and then net them out. Hope that helps.

It looks like a sebae to me, clownfish are hit and miss when it comes to hosting Nems even if they do with that species in the wild. It could take a day, it could take a week or it might not ever happen. I got lucky when I released mine into my tank as they both went straight for my hammer coral.
