White shrimp looking things

I've already identified amphipods in my tank as I still see them floating around and on the sand bed, but I see alot of these things. They hang upside down or otherwise are sticking to the live rock in some way.

this one was hiding inside a rock that has a hole thru it. hard to get a good pic but i'm working on a better one

i saw plenty in different spots on another rock. tried to point them out. I see a few I didn't circle....

They kind of look like mysis shrimp but I'm not 100% sure.

They look like pineapple sponges to me. Harmless filter feeders.

after a little googling, they look like pineapple sponges. Tehy are only attached to the live rock I just got from someone last week, which is full of all kinds of life I seem to be finding everyday
