No. The leaf isn't turning brown, it's definitely something growing on the leaves. How do I use peroxide to nail it? Can I do that?

It's not fuzzy. It's flat but it doesn't wipe off easily - it doesn't wipe off at all. It's almost like the leaves are painted. I don't dose ferts cuz I'm being cheap...I'm not working ATM so I have to be.

One of my cardinal tetras is super skinny. It's been like that since I've had it (about 6 months) it is active and schools with the others. It eats but I think it has a deformed mouth since it has a bit of trouble. What can I do about it? Should I euthanize?

Have a 26 gallon bowfront stocked with 1 male dwarf gourami 7 cardinal tetras 1 male swordtail 3 otos Can I add some female Bettas? Or would that be a bad choice? Here's a pic of my tank
