I should probably also clarify that when I say "laying on the bottom", she's not laying on her side or anything...she's just on the bottom in the same way that fish sleep on the bottom of a tank. Also, the red veins are only on one side of her body. She's extremely fat like she's about to bust...

I had the exact same issue day before yesterday. Woke up to find my dead panda.. also noticed that it didnt seem to want to school either. I'm noticing a little fin rot though, and noticed you had said you seen the tattered fins... maybe they are just more sensitive to that than other fish?
I noticed this morning that it appears a couple of my sweeties have fin rot, and my Panda Cory Cat was laying on it's side on the bottom of the tank.
I immediately called work to tell them I may be a little late, and got started on a 50% water change.

Well thank you! Those Rams just had the most beautiful intense markings I've seen. I wish my camera could pick it up. They're just wonderful! I can't wait to watch them make a place in the tank for their eggs, and see them guard.
