    I will strongly second Reef Invertebrates by calfo & fenner!!! Great stuff on refugiums and live rock & sand. Its just everything you want to know. I just returned Reef Secrets as the book was more fluff than substance with nice photos. Save your money.

    Skimmer types

    Actually Captivereefs has been great!! No way they could have known there was a crack since the unit was still cellophaned. Darin is sending me a replacement skimmate cup, so should be no problem in the long run. Cup still works, just has a crack in it. I will keep buying from captivereefs...

    refugium layout plans needed

    I am putting together a 29gal sump/refugium for my 75gal reef tank. I figure I need 3 chambers one for remora Pro, refugium and sump. I have no idea how tall to make the acrylic walls to promote waterflow. Anyone know of any layouts or designs that work. Pictures would be ideal Thanks

    Great aquascape!! Yeah the shelf rock looks perfect. I'll let everyone know what I am doing next week. Setting up the tank this weekend and hopefully adding rock next week. I'll drop some photos for you.
