refugium layout plans needed

I am putting together a 29gal sump/refugium for my 75gal reef tank.

I figure I need 3 chambers one for remora Pro, refugium and sump.

I have no idea how tall to make the acrylic walls to promote waterflow.

Anyone know of any layouts or designs that work. Pictures would be ideal
