Answering my own question..... it's in Celsius. I guess it is time for me to start learning how to convert.

I just got a digital aquatop heater with a thermostat. After setting up in aquarium and plugging on the thermostat only goes from 16-30??? Not sure if I am missing something here.... If anyone has some insight it would be greatly appreciated.
