Here's some updated tank pics. I've added 9 neons and 6 guppies(2m, 4f). Total stock: 9 neons, 6 guppies, 3 whisker shrimp, 3 otos, 3 apple snails, and a juvenile platy.

Here's a pic of the two onion bulbs. I think they've been in there for three weeks. But it took like 2 weeks before they showed anything.

I bought that assorted pack also. Only the onion bulbs sprouted, and are growing fast. The other bulbs started to get fuzzy but never sprouted. I took them out and felt them. They were all squishy and smelled horrible! I tossed them away.

I ordered some HC a few weeks ago and had the same problem. It was difficult to remove from the pot and wouldn't stay planted in the sand. They wouldn't root and started dying. I just gave up on it two days ago and pulled them all up. I'm thinking of trying some glosso instead. Here's a pic...

This is an anubias nana that I've had for awhile but just replanted to a more appealing position. It has tons of white roots, that I buried into the 50/50 Floramax and black sand substrate. Is this rhizome exposed adequately? Don't tell me ALL of the roots have to be exposed, do they?! :( I...

The red myrio are the ones in back.

Myrio, Red (Myriophyllum heterophyllum) I got a few bunches of this plant and they are beautiful; long thin leaves, varying colors, fast growth. I love them.

mostly, it's bacopa australis. There's anubias nana and red myrio in there as well.
