Anubias rhizome question

This is an anubias nana that I've had for awhile but just replanted to a more appealing position. It has tons of white roots, that I buried into the 50/50 Floramax and black sand substrate. Is this rhizome exposed adequately?
Don't tell me ALL of the roots have to be exposed, do they?!
