Do you have any other fish that'd eat them? If so I'd put them in a fry box. Rainbow fish are known for eating their eggs, but I'm not sure about fry. I'd put them in the box just to be safe, however this may stress them out a little, and you're unlikely to catch all of them.

When my Swordtails bred, they had a total of 12 fry. I often found that only 8 of them survived. My platys were always in the mood and often had a batch every few 3 or 4 months, never knew how long she was actually in labour though; she was quite chunky, as though she was always carrying.
