I have 2 bamboo shrimp, had them since oct, I just notices today that the bigger of the 2 has the typical "flower" hands and the smaller one just has "regular" legs. I was unable to get a picture of the smaller one...hid too fast. Any reason why that would be?

I have 10 glow lights and I love them. Very docile and super cool. They are nearly see through but they have these awesome orange highlights and shine and, hence the name, seem to glow under the light. I think they are highly overlooked as a beautiful and interesting addition.

When you want it to be bed time for your kids so you can do a water change then stare at your tank in peace (don't judge me...lol).
Or when you would rather not feed your crew for a day than let your husband do it for fear he will over feed...
I have guppies, glow light tetras, albino and julii Corys, a bristlenose pleco. He died this afternoon and I found 2 tetras with injuries as well. So I'm assuming the gourami killed it's partner.
When I'm gone for multiple days I use a light timer. Got one at Petco for like $15. You simple plug your lights into in and plug into the wall and set it for the time you want them to turn on and time you want them to turn off. That way, you don't have to worry about it. Just another option...
