Test you PO4 level too as PO4 norm associate with cloudy water. If PO4 is high then you may be overfeed. PO4 can be reduce by partial water change, Hagen also make PO4 absorbing bag. FYI, in my planted tank also having this problem and i found out its due to my NO3 too low. Wat light do u use?

I am using Ehiem's. So far quit reliable. but do purchase at least few days b4 the trip so you can have few days to test.

Check the feeding routine. Try to feed less. Norm fish dont just get fungus. Fungus is develop only if there is untreated open wound. Maybe the fish is injured in LFS or handling. The med you add may also hurt your bacteria. Adding active-carbon into tank would help as the carbon will absorb...

You may also get other brand of test kits that have color chart you prefered.. B4 purchase, just open the box n look at the chart. I found out JBL's test kit have better color scheme compare to others. Eg. the PO4 kit actually still works even the water is in green color as the chart need...

Thanks TG. On side note, i may also getting Badis bengalensis, i know you have some exp in kepting them. How many do you think i can kept those in my 32 gal. someone is doing bulk purhcase in my area that cost only usd$0.50 ea. Though of getting some. :D :D

Hmm though of that too. With this whole nutrient system collapsing, i really dunno how to restart. Maybe time to find the Green-stump i store somewhere long ago.... Also though of buying new No3 test kit to confirm the reading. Btw do you think glosso is consider fast growing plant? Thanks.

Congrats!!! :D :D :D Now u need to observe the tank more!!! when the fries is hatch, the mother will start herding them around the tank, this is when the parent start to hurt other fish.
