Can i please have help identifying a clients fish..just so im sure.

I too kept them in a planted community tank..corys mollys platys guppies tetras

Im not sure...its actually a clients tank....i leave the main light off and there are blinds on the windows...i do a 30 percent water change once a week.i cant do the tank more than once a week really.

When i bought them thats how the guy sexed them and was right...both the ones he called female have had fry.

I have 5 peacocks and 20 mbuna in a 60 gallon along with a gold gourami a rainbow shark and large pleco...they all get along fine...so my answer is both.

Is it a male? My males have daek stomachs and my females have white stomachs...also my males are more a gingham patteen and my females are just striped

I have a tank with a dark green carpet of algae...does anyone know how to clean this out...i gravel vacced and did water changes and put a large canister filter...its a 75 gallon with a black ghost knife 2 pleco and a medium sized fish of some kind.

I feed mine seaweed....emerald entree frozen food...nls and omega one small color enhancing pellets.the do love the nls most of all tho.

Yeah he looks kinda like a red texas but im not familiar with them...the head looks a lil different.

Mine dont seem to agressive...but my tank is very over crowded...i have 25ish fish in my 60 gallon. And i have alot of hiding places.

I have 25 mbuna in my 60 gallon(will be upgrading) i feed 4 times a day..first feeding new life spectrum mini pellets and some omega one medium pellets...then frozen emerald entree...then pellets again then some fresh vegetables.

The right circumdtances wiulf be....not inbreeding....not over breeding...making sure they are properly bred with no deformity....in all actyuality working in the fish business...even pure breds are over bred and are having a lot of problems...i think if responsibly bred and monitored it would...

I have seen ppl keep r Them in swimming pool sized ponds...we used to sell them at petsmart but i would reccommend ppl not get them bexause they get huge...there is a lake here that ppl let them go in and now ppl are afraid of the lake because they think they are huge pirhannas
