    Do you mean adding the actinic bulb by replacing one of the 10000K tube? Or it is an extra actinic bulb on top of the 2 10000K? For plant, 10000K is fine, and I guess you would be fine with the 2 1000K for low tech plants. But if you are replacing one of the 10000K to actinic bulb, then I doubt...
