    Baffled

First of all, your nitrates are normal. Your ammonia levels are as low as an API kit or any kit can actual measure due to the human interaction of getting a sample. It is not that usual to have a species specific disease and since your danios are only species affected that would be my guess...

Can i mix them into a community tank

I agree with V227. I have T-barbs, bloodfins, tetras, assorted other barbs mixed in with an Acei, a yellow lab, a blue dwarf cichlid I can never spell right, a red tail shark and a firemouth. They usually play nice. Agree with other folk to keep only one firemouth.

    Battle Royal!!!

Just after I feed the fishies this AM, an outright war broke out with my 4 tiger barbs. Not just chasing each other as normal but an nose to nose, mouth locking battle. Not just one on one but a free for all with, at one time, three of them locked up to with each other. This went on, with...

HI, my nick name is The Wiz (don't ask, it's a long story) and I have been in the hobby about 30 years. I am currently running a 60 gal tank with an eclectic mix of ciclids, barbs, tetras, and one contrary red tail. One thing I've learned in all these years in the hobby is that there are no...
