I’ve recently invested in a pressurized co2 system but I still have a big bottle of liquid carbon left. Is there any benefits of dosing liquid carbon along with pressurized carbon? Or can I throw away the liquid carbon?

So after more research, my gourami might not be a honey gourami after all. I think it is a Red Rubin Thick Lipped gourami which is often mistaken as Red Honey Gouramis.

That was why I wasn’t so sure if it was a male, sharp dorsal fin, but round anal fin.

Is it a honey gourami? I live in a foreign country where fish are sold in their local name. Hopefully it is not a dwarf gourami. Judging from it’s size, it should be a honey gourami right?

It will be placed along the back wall of the tank, not the side. Hahaha, I see why you’re confused now. Do you think it will work?

The spray bar will be 20 inches long but placed on the opposite side of the intake. I’m hoping the long spray bar length will distribute the water more evenly, resulting in a weaker current, suitable for the betta. Not sure if it will work though as I haven’t setup the tank yet.
