First of all welcome, now about your issue, i guess it is safe to say that you will experience that with Damsels. If anything, you should have started with the clowns and cardinals. One way of calming the aggression is by moving your rocks around, which is what you did, that might be the reason...

yeah, mine get along pretty well, the camel shrimps don't move around as much at the peppers. But i might get a skunk Cleaner and stop it there. I wanted a fire, but i heard they are moody with other shrimps. By the, what is the life expectancy of shrimps??? Anyone have an idea?

Thanks, right now i am not sure what else i might add, i am waiting on the skimmer and just giving the tank a chance to settle a bit. i have 2 peppermint shrimps in there, so i may pick up 2 more in about a week, along with a skunk cleaner.
