I just found out that my return pump runs about 600gph but my overflow only runs about 300gph..(I think) since it says PF-300 on the model.. anyways is there anyway I can balance this thing out?.. or is it ok that my pump is stronger... I just set my overflow on the aquarium... my water level is right under the trim of the aquarium and it doesn't even hit the lip of it.. i know I should add more watter but is this normal?..

I broke the middle part of my overflow box as I was putting the tubes on.. I feel such an idiot.. can any of you guys help me on what is the best way to bond it together?... it is made by eshopps and i think the product # is PF-300 incase you guys need more specs... here's a pic of it
