Just added chaeto on a reverse lighting system. Do I still need to use my reactor for carbon/gfo? Don't want to starve the chaeto out.

Skimmer is going wacko after I completed a treatment of chemiclean. I left it off during the 3 days of treatment. After treatment I did water change and turned on skimmer. It's been overflowing for two days now. How long will it be til it goes back to normal?
