she does look different than normal. The eggs are a little larger and more noticeable. there are little black dots in them too. I hope it's something as simple as the eggs getting ready to be released. I haven't lost any of my tetra yet and don't want to start now. :(

you don't get the meds the same day if you order online. I lost my betta because it was nighttime when I noticed that he was sick and he died overnight. That's why I'd like to have a few common medications at home for when I need them.

I can't drive yet so I rely on my parents if I find out my fish are sick.. I'd rather have a few things at home cause my mom doesn't really want anything to do with the fish. lol that include driving me to the store.

I just have some rid-ich for when I thought my fish had ich. I never actually ended up using it. That was when I first started my aquarium and didn't really know much. lol

haha nah I wouldn't be mad at you, just dissapointed. But trust me, I wouldn't do something if majority of people tell me it's not going to work or the fish wouldn't be able to live happily. But yes I'm very glad it could work in my situation. :)

ok. Andrew- what would you suggest putting in the tank? It just looks pretty bare right now... I do water changes about every 5 days. So I'm thinking I can get away with a little bit more fish. Just making sure to do the research before adding any more fish. Thanks for your opinions!

I absolutely love my pristellas! I got them cause I wanted something different and I fell in love with them! Is there room for some harlequins? I thought about them too but didn't know if space would be an issue. The tank looks pretty bare now, though. How many could i add?

In my 16 gallon tank I have 6 xray tetra and 4 peppered corydoras. I change the water and vacuum the gravel about every 5 days. Right now I have Java Fern, some type of Anubis, and Hornwort. It will soon be on it's way to being heavily planted after a few trips to the store for more plants...
