Yellow watchman gobies are easy to take care of, the best thing is that they keep the substrate clean. Great fish to watch; I would suggest a pair, they are timid and are more relaxed in pairs. I have a pair and they are great.

So I have a thought here!

wow. I thought there would be great debate about this. Why don't you just rearrange the Wrasse home so he no longer has a territory? If you have to rip it down to get the Damsels, it may be more humane than getting a fish just to test (unless you are a scientist). Play with the Wrasse's head...

I want to get a shrimp

Yes but I had a mated pair (clowns), the female died last week. This why my large fish is still the male and the small fish is a juvenile. In time he will become the she and the juvi will be the he (man if that was us; how it would do our heads in). Interesting to know how it happens and how...

I want to get a shrimp

The 2 clowns are getting along like a house on fire. I thought there would be a bit of a scuffle for something; but instantly they were happy. I thing that the older clown was just happy to have a friend. Its has been about 3 weeks now since he lost his mate (she was in QT for 2 weeks). As...

What's the best way to handle diatoms?

I would leave it. I did however, just wave my have around my substrate and anything that came up I picked up with a stocking/net (I wear stockings on Sundays and call my self Roxanne - lol) It was my daughters dance stockings

Foam Under Tank / Soaking Hydrometer

I disagree with spoon; the base piece of glass is the core component and every other piece of glass is connected to it. If you had a small tank 1-2ft then most of the weight could be distributed to the edges. However once you start getting larger the whole base supports the weight. If you...
