    dual 400W mogul vs dual 250W HQI

    alright guys, here's the deal. I am buying lighting for a new 75 SPS/Clam tank. I can get a dual 400W mogul base retro kit for the same price as a 250W dual HQI ballast w/o sockets. Is dual 400W overkill? What would you do?

    Just got a medium (19.25" long) CPR aquafuge refugium for my 29 reef. Anybody have one, i would be interested in how you set it up and what you think about it. Thanks, John
