Do I need lighting and heating for cycling my tank?
Hi, So I'm recycling my live rock in my saltwater tank(nothing but rock in it). Do I keep the light on or off for stuff to regrow on the live rock? And what about heating? Thank you for any ideas :) Val- Valzerie

Is live rock still good after its been dried out for a long period of time??
i'm thinking so also... he never took it out of the tank. it just stayed in the tank. it had live sand in it too. how long does the cycling take?? a month or so??- Valzerie
