The fry should be fine with the parents for 3-4 weeks :) To cull them is to separate the deformed fry from the breeding or selling stock. You don't have to euthanize them, just separate them from what you plan on selling.

Just dropped my test tube from my API test kit in my 20g. It had 10 drops of Nitrate #1 and 10 drops of Nitrate #2 in it, is it going to effect my fish? They were already acting weird as it was.

I have a 'female betta' just like yours. Same personality and everything! Looks alot like her except mine has pink fins. I got mine from petsmart though. Shes quite the character, very amusing to watch!

I have a trio of Black Skirts with my two angels and I have yet to see any nipping even with such a small school. (don't worry I'm upping the numbers in a week or so when my lfs gets more in) Just my personal experience!!
