Cleaning my tank tonight and noticed these spaghetti looking things on my driftwood. It’s only on this one driftwood. Fish are all happy and content. Any ideas?!

Hey all. Just got a new 75 gal for my bday and looking for some ideas to go with my other fishies. We currently have a plecko, a red parrot cichlid, a convict cichlid and a red-tail shark. 75 gal is a huge upgrade for me, so I'm looking for any fish ideas that would go with these 4.

My poor place has acquired popeye and cloudy eye. I have been treating with Maracyn for 3 days now. He has had little improvement in his eyes but is more active now than he was previously before treatment started. Does anyone know if he will improve and his eyes will go back to normal or not?
