What's wrong with his nose??

So my bumble bee has developed this growth on his nose. Not too sure what it is or how to treat it. Anyone dealt with this before? (Sorry, best photos I could get...he's a quick one)

It is called lymphocitis, its like a virus or fish cancer something lol its not really contagious nor fatal to my knowledge tho they do seem to slowly get worse to a point....my guppies would get it from time to time, like a pimple.

A pimple is a much better comparison. Not much I know that you can do about it other than keep pristine water conditions with lots of water changes!
