I was wondering if it was safe to order fish from vivid. I want a hippo tang and I am frightened of getting one because I hear they are so prone to ick. I already have a blue eye Kole and a yellow tang, but the hippo is my favorite fish and I have been waiting to get one.

My yellow tang is acting wierd. He was doing fine I got him on friday and for some reason today he is zooming across the tank with his fins down and breathing very heavily it seems. Can anyone help please.

I do 2-five gallon water changes every week and have a small cleanup crew cause just cycled tank. But still have a lot of hair algae. My nitrates are between 5 and 10.

I'm cycling my tank and I have a purple looking fur on the rocks in the main display. What is it? Also like I said I'm cycling the tank and I have shrimp in my refugium, should I move the shrimp to main tank. Diatoms started to grow on the sand bed in refugium not the display tank though.
