I put a little piece of my flake food in my PO4 test that I performed and it made my results off the chart. Is this accurate and is it possible my flakes are making my po4 high? I try to feed only the amount that my fish can eat. thank you. Oh, it is Omega one flake food.

Could someone give me some insight on a time schedule for blue actinics and normal lighting? I am not sure what hours during the day to run them. Currently the actinics run from 8 to noon and then 5 to 10pm. My normal lights are 8:30 to 9:30. Thanks for the help

Has anyone made these aragocrete rocks that GARF shows you how to make. From what I am reading is this a substitute for LR. Can it actually work as a biological filter like LR does, or is this Aragocrete more or less for decoration. Anybody had success making these?
