Hey, I'm in the process of moving my tank. The top 1" to 1 1/2" inches of sand smell fine. below that has a fairly unpleasant sulfer smell. Do I need to trash the DSB????? If so, I assume that I can just save the top layer and use it to seed the new DSB. Please Advise!!!!

I was down at Walmart last night and took a look at their play sand. It was manufactured and packaged by Old Castle out of pennsylvania. And simply labeled as "Play Sand". No mention of "argonite" or where it was from. How can I determine if it is argonite?
