I recieved 90 lbs of live rock from LR.com and all over it were these little brown anemones. They are about 1 inch across and appear to be burrowed into the rock. Are they aiptasia or not? Or perhaps should I ask.. Should I joe's juice them or not? Thanks for all your help.

When calculating the recommended fish capacity of a saltwater tank (using the nice calculator provided on the site) do you use the show tank size or the total volume of water? I have a 188 gallon show tank with a 90 gallon refugium/sump. Do I use the 188 or 278 in my calculation?
