So if they are angel eggs, just don't worry about them and they will eventually go away? They won't hatch because there is no male to fertilize them,so just let them be? If they are cory eggs, which i doubt they are because the corys never go up that high, should i do something to help them?

Any other opinions? If they are snail eggs i would really like to scrape them off before they hatch

All of the ones you mentioned would do fine in a 36 gallon, I personally have a clown pleco in mine, and although I rarely see him,, I really like him because of his coloring.
