Looks like it might be ick. Pictures are not that clear. I went throughout this with my 210 dt. I had to qt and treat the fish away from the dt. If they have ick your tank has ick. The best way to cure your tank with out medicine is to let the tank run for about 6 to 8 weeks with out fish in it...

Awesome fish! I love the tangs. Looks like the urchin is trying to make sure you temp is accurate throughout the tank.

I have rainbows, Congo tetra and plecos with the dolphins.

For fresh water I would have to say blue dolphins. I think they are also called moors. Correct me if I'm wrong. And for salt reef it would have to be the flame angel.
