I am a big fan of schooling neons. If you are doing high light, with a lot lot plants, and schooling neons, will look awesome. I also think with the same setup and angels will look really good too. :)

I like using xp3, but I am like you, where I live it is getting hard and hard to find stuff for the xp3 and would probably be easier just upgrade to fluval 404. Which I also heard Fluval is a good cannister filter too. But the xp3 are easy to maintain and very quite.

Welcome to AA!! :) You will find all sorts of friends here and really good information. Dont know much about chilids besides from wha i have learned from my best bud, is that they are more aggressive and it helps to have alot of hiding spots to help keep the aggresive behavor done some.

i dont think it is a parsite, like ich or anything. Ich is tiny little white dots. It looks like a open sour to me. Like the angelfish bumped against a rock or something.
