    Clean up crew

I have a RR94. What would be a good cuc? I currently have 3 red hermits and one turbo snail. I run rowaphos but I'm still getting lots of algae on the glass. I'm not over feeding and only having lights on for 7-8 hours a day. I also feel that as well as something to help clean the glass I could...

    Lauren's Adventure

Have kept this tank for nearly 2 years with all the pictured inhabitants for that length of time. I have only ever lost 2 fish in all that time (very lucky- especially living in London with our horrible hard water!) I do a 20% water change religiously every 2 weeks and add tap safe to the new...

    Skimmer trouble!!

I've been running my skimmer for about a month now in my RR94. It's a v2 120 skimmer. I thought it was skimming correctly but after doing some online research now think it's not doing anything at all. I can get micro bubbles in the chamber that them fill the cup with water but pictures online...

    Suitable fish

Hi all I currently have a RR94 with 2 common clowns, a watchman goby and dwarf parrot wrasse. Which other fish would be suitable to add to my tank? I have been advised against royal gramma as it may not get on with my wrasse. What fish does everyone suggest? Thanks for your help Lauren

    I.D please fish&coral

Hi I purchased a new coral today. LFS told me it was a softie, called orange bush? It needed to be fed twice a week using this reef feed that they sold me and that it didn't need much light. I just want to check that because after researching online I couldn't find any info on it? And the small...

Wrasse - do they usually have such huge appetites??

Do wrasses usually eat so much? My wrasse just eats and eats. When I feed usually half a block of frozen brine shrimp twice/three times a day he will just eat constantly unlike my clowns and goby who eat a few shrimp each then ignore the rest of the shrimp floating around the tank. Is it normal...

    Anemone and fan question

I have a small powerhead fan in my aquarium. How would I make this safe for a bubble tip anemone? I currently have 2 clowns, a ref fairy wrasse and watchman goby - there is no chance that a fish could swim into the fan is there? Just seems like the front where the blades are is quite open. Photo...

    Lauren's RR94!!!

Ok so I started my first marine tank about 8 weeks ago now. Started with 9kg fully cured LR, V2 120 skimmer, standard pumps, nano powerhead, rowaphos, carbon and heater. Chamber 2 soon to be replaced with LR rubble. Bought ready mixed SW from LFS and added it to the tank. Then 4...

    Help please - Clown Fish

Hi there I have a few questions.... First question: I added my first fish last week (2 common clowns) and one of the clown is attacking the other one. Not caused any damage but constantly chasing the other into a corner and at feeding time not letting the other one eat easily without chasing it...
