I'm looking to give my "new" tank a sand substrate. I really like the look of Tahitian Moon Sand and I'm wondering what the texture is like. Are the grains very small and fine? Will it make my little corys happy?

If you go with a clown pl*co...keep in mind, a large part of their diet is wood. So driftwood would be a necessity. I just bought one and they are beautiful little pl*cos. :)

After looking a little more closely, it does appear as if some blood vessels have ruptured. With treatment, do you know what their chances are?

I have two Pangasius Cats that I treated successfully for ich. At one point during the treatment, one of the cats developed some blood red coloring which appeared to be on the inside of his tail fin. He didn't seem injured otherwise but I started treating the tank with MelaFix, too. The color on...

I just got some Melafix for some sores on my pangasius cats. So far, it's working really well. I found a bottle at Walmart, believe it or not. :)

I have 2 balas and 1 albino rainbow shark. I've never tried anything from "my kitchen" but they like the bloodworms, brine shrimp, krill and the algae discs I feed my pleco. Of course, Charlie (my pleco) usually has something to say about that. :D

I just bought a 55 gallon tank tonight. Yay! I've wanted one for so long and came across a deal I couldn't pass up. I currently have a 30 gallon set up with 2 balas, 1 albino rainbow and 1 common pleco. The 55 gallon will be their new home. My question is this...What's the best way to go...
